The Jabra Engage 50 II Link Controller connects the Jabra Engage 50 II to a computer and enables call control between the headset and a customer's call. The controller is an optional accessory for the headset. It is native to the Engage 50 II and compatible with the Engage 50 and Engage 40 USB-C version without an inline controller. The control unit allows for an easy plug-and-play connection. Simply plug your Engage 50 II Jabra headphones into the control unit and connect the control unit to a USB-A port on your computer. The Engage 50 II Link has a wheel volume control, a call, mute and hold function, a reprogrammable Busylight and a speed dial button for select contact centre platforms. Thanks to its adjustable, audible SmartRinger, you can always hear incoming calls - even when you are not near your headset. Our Call Controller is certified for Microsoft Teams, and its buttons with bright LED colours ensure effective call and notification management.
